The hydraulic station for flushing, pressure testing and drying of hydraulic lines was designed and prepared in our production plant in Gdynia.
The device makes it possible to check the strength of hydraulic hoses in terms of pressure resistance. The stand can be used, among other things, for quality control and durability of new solutions and for conducting tests.
The tests shall be carried out with water. The station can be controlled via the HMI panel with intuitive software.
After the test, a report is generated showing the parameters of the tests, the cleanliness class and the maximum pressure drops during the tests.
