We inspire future automation engineers

Another study visit organized as part of the Inspiring Examples Foundation’s activities is behind us. This time, we welcomed students from an automation technician class in Lębork to our company.

During the meeting, the students learned about our company’s profile and the projects we are implementing in the field of power hydraulics and industrial automation. One of the key points of the visit was a tour of the production plant, which allowed the participants to see up close how our devices are made – from the preparation of components to the finished solutions that go to customers.

We dedicated a special part of the meeting to industrial automation. The students had the opportunity to explore one of our products from a technical perspective: the ROBOSCARP self-propelled flail mower, and to learn how control and automation systems are used in practice in modern industrial equipment.

We believe that direct contact with a real work environment allows for a better understanding of the specifics of the technical industry and helps young people make informed decisions about their future career paths.
