Workplace safety begins with each employee’s awareness

Ensuring employee safety is one of the fundamental elements of a well-functioning company. At Hydromed, we know that regular training on safety protocols in a manufacturing environment is not an add-on to daily duties—it is an integral part of them.
That is why we organized a training session for employees in production departments and departments supporting manufacturing processes, including design, sales, marketing, quality, and project managers.

During the meeting, key issues related to occupational safety and health were discussed. Particular attention was paid to matters arising from our cooperation with the National Labor Inspectorate and the regulations and procedures in effect at our facility.
An important part of the training was also refreshing knowledge in the field of first aid. Participants reviewed the principles of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the use of an AED defibrillator, and providing assistance in the most common accidents in a production environment.

The training was conducted by Tomasz Zadrejkowski, Chief Health and Safety Specialist and Fire Safety Inspector, who has been working with our company for many years and is very familiar with the realities of working in a production environment.

We believe that a responsible approach to work creates an environment in which every employee can perform their duties with a sense of stability and safety.
