During this year’s edition of the Pomeranian Quality Award, our company was awarded the second degree award in the “Medium-sized Organisations” category. During the Gala, the Pomeranian Employers also presented an additional award to Zbigniew Zienowicz, President of the Board.
The theme of the final gala of the XXIV Competition related to the situation of enterprises after the COVID-19 pandemic and was based on a survey of organisational resilience, which selected the entities that had met the challenge of adapting to changing, difficult market conditions and coping with the crisis.
The Pomeranian Quality Award is granted annually to organisations that showcase their commitment to quality management based on the idea of continuous improvement and sustainable development.
The mission of the Competition is to engage the leaders of Pomeranian companies in the continuous improvement of management processes by, among other things, promoting creativity and innovation of employees and creating conditions for sustainable development of the organisation.
