Responding to market demand for flushing solutions for hydraulic ship systems, we have been able to enjoy recognition not only from customers, but also from the world’s leading independent appraisal institution, in the marine and offshore markets for more than six months. At that time, Bureau Veritas (BV) awarded our HAMER line of flushing units (50/250/500/1000) a Type Approval Certificate.
The HAMER technology, which we developed and implemented, provides effective and efficient flushing of large hydraulic ship systems, eliminating one of the biggest problems generated by the maritime economy in the area of large hydraulic systems. As a result, more shipowners and global suppliers are adopting it as the standard for performing pipeline cleaning.
The tests we have carried out together with our customers have confirmed not only the high efficiency of our technology, but also its exceptional performance in terms of energy efficiency. We have achieved an average of 30% reduction in electricity consumption compared to the classic, fixed-rate flushing technology commonly used in the world.
The device, as well as the work of the Polish engineering team, was also recognised during the ‘Lighthouse of the Maritime Economy 2022’ competition, where we were awarded in the ‘Maritime Technology Leader’ category.
We are pleased that, thanks to 30 years of work on patented technology, we can successfully compete not only for domestic but also for global markets, demonstrating the positive impact our technology has on reducing CO2 emissions and responding to the ever-growing market demand.
