The second agreement for Smart Specialization of Pomerania was signed on January 25, 2019 jointly by the marshals of the Pomeranian Voivodship Mieczysław Struk and Ryszard Świlski and over 200 entities from the region identifying themselves with the areas of smart specializations, including Hydromega.
