Work has been completed on the first swamp vehicle, i.e. one that can drive on swampy terrains. Equipped with a set of instruments, the vehicle is adapted to perform preservation operations in swampy areas or wetlands. The project was developed in cooperation with PIMR (Industrial Institute of Agricultural Engineering) and WAT (Military University of Technology). A hydrostatic drive is used to power all receivers, as well as for the drive system. The system for changing the drive was fitted with a planetary transmission, which had completed positive endurance tests for continuous operation. The tests were conducted in the cooperation with NOT (National Technical Organisation) Innovation Centre and PIMR. Endurance tests were conducted in PIMR research labs.
