We would like to announce that by a decision of the Transportation Technical Inspection No TDT-M/N-44/16 with effect from June 20, 2016 our existing competencies of April 14, 2003 No TDT-W/M/N-31/03 have been renewed.
The above mentioned permissions are in accordance with Article 9 (1,2) of the Act of December 21, 2000 regarding technical inspection (Journal of Laws from 2015, item 1125) and Article 104 § 1 the law dated June 14, 1960 Code of Administrative Procedures (Journal of Laws from 2016, item 23).
