On October 10, 2019, “Albatros ” – the second of the “Cormorant” ships series – was launched at Remontowa Shipbuilding S.A. These ships are one of the most modern units in the world in their class. Thanks to “Albatros”, the possibilities of operating in difficult hydrometeorological conditions have increased, including reaching the area of operation. The ship was technologically divided into 33 sections, each of which was constructed and built separately. The maximum hull length is 58.50 m, the length between perpendiculars is 55.58 m, the maximum width is 10.30 m. The standard displacement of the ship is about 850 t.
Hydromega has supplied “Albatros” with most of the power hydraulics systems, including on-board equipment. .
