Production Facility in Prabuty
Our production facility in Prabuty, Poland, specializes in the design, manufacturing and refurbishment of hydraulic cylinders, as well as precision machining and welding services. We develop and manufacture components both for Hydromega’s proprietary solutions and for projects delivered in cooperation with domestic and international partners.
Since 1965, the Prabuty facility has been expertising in the production of hydraulic cylinders, screw pumps and watertight doors. Decades of experience, a modern machine park and a highly skilled workforce enable us to deliver both standard products and tailor-made solutions designed to meet our customers’ specific requirements.
Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing
We offer a comprehensive range of hydraulic cylinders for industrial, mobile and specialized applications.
Standard cylinder series
CJ2N – Double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a pivot mounting and a single piston rod
CJ5N – Double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a flange mounting and a single piston rod
CHB – Double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a single piston rod and an internal locking mechanism
CHN – High-pressure plunger cylinders designed for hydraulic press applications
CHT – Double-acting, two-stage telescopic cylinders, commonly used as lifting cylinders
HCPS – Hydraulic cylinders equipped with an integrated piston rod position measurement system with an accuracy of up to 1 mm
We also design and manufacture custom hydraulic cylinders tailored to individual customer specifications.

Hydraulic Cylinder Repair and Refurbishment
We provide inspection, repair and refurbishment services for hydraulic cylinders manufactured by Hydromega and other suppliers.
Our services include:

• restoration of original operating parameters.
