Self-propelled mower for demanding terrain

The BG 1800 mower is a specialized device designed for work in difficult and varied terrain:

• It effectively cuts and shreds grass, weeds, wasteland, shrubs, regrowth, and self-sown trees with a diameter of up to 5 cm.
• It is ideal for highway and railroad embankments, ski slopes, agriculture, gardening, and forest maintenance.
• It can also be used to maintain municipal green infrastructure and to reclaim meadows and wasteland - both by mowing and leaving the cut grass behind, and by mulching plant residues, e.g. after corn harvesting.

The machine combines two functions in one work cycle: it cuts vegetation and shreds it at the same time, which allows for faster mineralization of biomass and its natural return to the soil, increasing the efficiency of field work and reducing the number of passes.

Technology that gives you an advantage in the field

Thanks to proportional control independent for each track, the machine offers excellent maneuverability even in difficult terrain. Equipped with 22 blades, the flail shaft effectively handles not only tall grass, but also shrubs, regrowth, and self-sown trees with a diameter of up to 5 cm.

Proportional hydraulics allow for smooth and precise adjustment of the device, enabling precise movement of the machine in all conditions.
The mower is extremely intuitive to operate thanks to a modern remote control - with the option of full automation in the custom version.

Reduced noise levels and extended service intervals are additional advantages that translate into lower operating costs and greater comfort.
